We empower the patient to take control of their situation using a tailored combination of hands-on therapy, patient education, and exercise guidance. We provide a complete package to help get you where you need to be, or farther. Massage Therapists can provide you with a needed deep tissue session, or lighten up for relaxation.

We accept private patients, referrals from other healthcare providers, and WCB and MPI clients. Direct billing is offered through WCB, MPI, Blue Cross, Federal Blue Cross, major Telus Health affiliates (Canada Life, Manulife, ClaimSecure, Sunlife, Johnston Group, amongst others), and Provider Connect (Green Shield, Empire Life, SSQ).

We dedicate time to each patient, rather than shuffling between multiple people. This way, we can provide quality treatment that meets the needs of our patients.

We will provide you with achievable home programs that enhance what can be done in-clinic. Nothing that requires expensive equipment – who has a full home gym? Perhaps a band, a massage ball, a weight if you really want – or none of it. Things you can even pick up in-house. Take a look at our merchandise page for available equipment.
