I’ve been a practicing RMT for over 10 years & I absolutely LOVE what I do! For the most of my career I have been an independent contractor, or sole proprietor. I believe that all bodies deserve to feel the benefits of massage therapy, with inclusivity & positivity. All bodies are worthy of self care – and my biggest goal is to help people to find self care. I want, more than anything, to give my clients the tools they need to help heal themselves. We healthcare types really only facilitate the change – your body KNOWS what it needs to do. And it’s our job to help you to reach YOUR goals in your health.

In my practice I see a variety of people, from all walks of life, who all have very different reasons for utilizing massage therapy. My primary focus is on providing my clients with a combination of therapeutic and relaxation massage techniques, to give them the combined benefits each have to offer the mind, body and spirit. The end goal is pain reduction & management, and improving clients quality of life

My special areas of focus would include the head, neck and upper body, with an emphasis on headache relief. Some of the techniques I incorporate are Swedish massage, Therapeutic, Joint Mobilization, Myofascial release and Myofascial Cupping. I am also trained in Indian Head Massage, Trauma Informed Massage, and Breathwork. I hope to complete my Reflexology training this year, specifically facial and auricular.

I encourage my clients to advocate for their own health; to ask questions of their health care providers, and seek alternatives to the traditional methods. My purpose is to help make you feel better and manage any discomfort you are feeling. This includes helping you find the right people, to work with you, to create a wellness plan that will help you achieve that. All of us healthcare care providers working together, as part of the primary health spectrum, will help to keep you healthy, mobile and living your best life possible.
